Paine Pacific is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client PKI Solutions, a leading cyber security platform and consulting firm, by Phenna Group, a global business focused on growing its international cyber security offering. Paine Pacific, LLC served as the advisor to PKI Solutions.

The acquisition was completed February 2023.
