Paine Pacific is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client Zen Ecosystems by Newfoundland based Mysa. Zen is a commercial energy management solution specializing in SMART thermostats for central heating and cooling. The acquirer, Mysa, is a market leader in SMART thermostats for high voltage electric heating and cooling. The pair coming together strengthens their like minded mission to reduce carbon emissions and climate change.

The acquisition of assets was completed in April 2023.
